From May 18 to 21, 2026, the DZM Karlsruhe site was represented at the Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2026 in Budapest with the C2CBridge project. Together with the four other DZM sites—Annaberg-Buchholz, Hamburg, Minden, and Munich—the team presented current research and development activities related to the mobility of the future.

The Transport Research Arena is one of Europe’s most important platforms for exchanging ideas on innovative mobility and transportation solutions. It offered numerous exciting insights into current research topics as well as valuable opportunities for dialogue with experts from academia, industry, and politics.

A particular highlight was the visit by State Secretary Dr. Claudia Elif Stutz, who stopped by the DZM booth to learn about the various projects and research approaches.

We are delighted by the great interest in C2CBridge and the many stimulating conversations we were able to have at TRA 2026.
