DZM Networking Conference in Berlin – Together we shape mobility

The Karlsruhe DZM site attended the second networking conference of the German Center for Future Mobility (DZM) in Berlin with the Country to City Bridge project. Together with the other DZM sites – Annaberg-Buchholz, Hamburg, and Minden – we presented our respective project results. The focus was on innovative approaches to sustainable and connected mobility.
After the opening by Johannes Wieczorek, Head of Policy Affairs at the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV), participants used poster sessions and open discussion formats for intensive professional exchange and networking.
A highlight was the keynote speech by Henrik Falk, CEO of Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), who opened up exciting perspectives on future mobility concepts. Heiko Krause and Marie Godemann from the project sponsor, the TÜV Rheinland Group, guided participants through the program.
The conference impressively demonstrated how important strong networks are for the mobility of tomorrow.
