Our two C2CBridge test vehicles are back at KIT Campus East. Following their successful upgrade at our partner company—including the integration of sensors, a ramp, and actuators—the next phase of the project is now beginning right here on site.

In the coming weeks, the focus will be on several key work packages:
• Integration of the AD stack by the FZI Research Center for Information Technology, as well as initial test drives on the East Campus of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)
• Development and testing of an initial concept for trajectory tracking control by Schaeffler
• Development of the engineering concept for the AFGBV test approval
• Installation space measurement at the suspension conversion specialist as the basis for integrating the damper system

With the vehicles’ return to the test site, the project is gaining further momentum. We look forward to the next milestones and will report regularly on our progress.
