C2CBridge was part of the event

On March 16, 2026, Country to City Bridge attended the celebration of KAMO’s 10th anniversary at the Karlsruhe Chamber of Commerce and Industry building. We presented our exhibits in the foyer, which were very well received. The focus was on our vivid mobility city model, which illustrates the concept, and the newly created models of the C2CBridge hubs by our team of architects also generated a lot of interest and sparked stimulating conversation.

Also in attendance were, among others, the Innovation Campus Mobility of the Future (ICM) and the Baden-Württemberg Institute for Sustainable Mobility (BWIM), which showcased their own exhibits to highlight their research.

Peter Vortisch, KAMO spokesperson and professor of transportation engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), hosted the evening program.

Opening remarks were delivered by, among others, former KAMO spokesperson and early mobility networker Frank Gauterin, retired KIT professor of vehicle systems engineering; Ina Schaefer, Vice Provost for Research at KIT; and many other participants from research, industry, and the public sector.

An engaging panel discussion with KAMO industry partners rounded out the program. Exciting perspectives on mobility, innovation, and visions for the future were discussed. Afterward, guests gathered for a pleasant get-together and took advantage of the opportunity for valuable networking through many engaging conversations.

It was a real pleasure to be part of this event with the C2CBridge team—we look forward to the coming years with KAMO!
